This year, like many organisations across Australia and the world the Zonta Club of Sydney has had to rethink many of our club activities. Our meetings have gone online and now with the easing of restrictions we are cautiously returning to in person functions, with appropriate distancing. And we have had to “think outside the box” when looking at our fundraising activities.
So it is with great thanks to our member Janet Statham, a trained yoga teach with over 15 years experience, that we have available online Yoga Sessions as a club fundraiser.
If (like us) you think it is time for a “Covid Correction” and to get moving a bit more, these sessions are for you. Suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced yogis, the sessions are slow and gentle. Each session is approximately half an hour, and once you purchase the link you can access it as many times as you like. Get moving in the privacy of your own home.
Funds raised will support the Zonta Club of Sydney’s projects to enable young women to reach their full potential.
