Each year, Zonta International provides 37 scholarships to Young Women aged between 16- 19 (age at 1st April each year) for demonstrating leadership skills and commitment to public service and civic causes. Clubs who participate receive applications from young women who live or study in their area, with a club level winner being selected and then being forwarded to a District level selection process. The District Awardee is then presented to the International selection panel, and the successful applicants awarded a $US5000 scholarship.
For our club, we welcome applications from young women living and studying within the Sydney CBD and inner city suburbs. Our club application deadline will be 1st March 2027.
