On the 30th June 2019 the Sydney Eisteddfod held the competition event for female voices age 16- 20 years – which the Zonta Club of Sydney sponsored in honour of our foundation member, previous club president and past District Governor, Elizabeth Todd OAM.
Club members including our current club president, Joanna Quinn, and unofficial club photographer Angeline Low, attended the event which was held at the Shore School orchestra room.
From all accounts a wonderful display of musical talent, the final prizes awarded were
1st Prize – Belinda Thomas
2nd Prize – Laura Waschmann
3rd Prize – Juliette Di Bello
Highly commended – Natasha Gesto
Highly commended – Bella Thomas
Congratulations to all the competitors. The Zonta Club of Sydney looks forward to continuing to support the Eisteddfod in memory of Elizabeth Todd.
