It’s almost here! Only one week until our much anticipated afternoon of piano delights with the highly accomplished pianist, teacher and vocal coach Yanghee Kim. Yanghee is the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships, including the ABC Young Performer’s Award, a City of Sydney Eisteddfod Scholarship, the prestigious Landa Scholarship, two Australia Council grants and three successive BHP Scholarships. She has an extensive performance career and a commitment to nurturing talent and guiding aspiring musicians. We can’t wait to hear her perform at our upcoming fundraising event. The recital will be held at Peter Duly Concert Hall at Abbotsleigh School (1666 Pacific Hwy Wahroonga – entry on corner of Pacific Hwy and Ada St). On-street parking is available in Ada Street or it is a 10 minute walk from Wahroonga station.
Tickets are $30 and funds raised will be used to purchase materials for a birthing kit packing day for the Birthing Kit Foundation (Australia), providing clean birth kits for women giving birth in remote regions of the developing world.
