Members were delighted to welcome our guest speaker for the night, Holly Yang, who is the awardee of the 2025 Zonta Prize for the most achieving female graduate of the UTS MBA program. The Zonta Club of Sydney has been supporting this prize for over 20 years, and many current and past members of the club were introduced through this prize.
Holly spoke to us about her career, and noted the benefits of women supporting others and women in leadership roles. In her current role, Holly is managing and recruiting a female led team with diverse experiences, backgrounds and needs, and takes intentional steps to ensure inclusive options like flexible work hours and remote work opportunities.
Her opening words certainly rang true with our club members –
“When women support each other, the collaborative potential is limitless”
Congratulations to Holly on both completing her MBA (no mean feat particularly when working full time and having a young family) and on her excellent results leading to her Zonta Prize.
